We have researched a lot to make the attendance system in schools completely automated and here we have come through a very unique and excellent solution.
We will provide Biometric Machines at various entries, exits & corridors of school and we will give printed RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Card to all Students. There will be a software installed in a Laptop (Which comes with the Package) which will manage all the working of those machines. All the machines will be connected through a Wi-Fi Router and that router will be connected to a Laptop which means all this system will work in a same network with different IP Addresses allotted to different machines.
Now the most interesting feature of this system is as soon as student shows the card to machine for his/her attendance, a SMS will be sent to his/her parents mobile that his child has reached school safely and in time. Similarly will be done while leaving the School. A message will be sent to parents mobile that his kid has moved out from school towards home. This feature will stop 100% bunking of any student which ultimately improves students attendance in School and at the end of the day Students comes with remarkable result on exams.
This systems centralizes the attendance system which gives the facility that they can view daily attendance report the which class has how much strength, etc.
